Beauteous fancy
In a classical and medieval Japanese history (Heian period, 8th century - Kamakura period, 14th century), the native Japanese arts and literatures developed. The finest artists in history emerged at the time and their works have been passed down to today. Especially, some greatest poets had a high sensibility to appreciate ephemeral changes in nature and knew how to harmonize with a rhythms of nature. Their poem sounds a beauteous fancy as if they can deviate from any social taboo in a world of poetry. My photography is an attempt to resonate with their sensibility beyond time and space.
